Welcome to our new surgery website – we hope you find it useful

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 and speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you. NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

You can use the NHS App to check your symptoms and get instant advice, book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

We will be having NHS App drop-in sessions every Wednesday 11am – 2pm at the FMC. Come along if you need help downloading, setting up or if you just want more information about the NHS App.

Access

The surgery has disabled access and toilet facilities, disabled parking space and an induction loop system in the waiting area. If you require assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
