Trent PTS describes themselves as 'an approved NHS provider of psychological therapies' and 'provide free, flexible, responsive and accessible high quality psychological therapy'. They provide treatment for patients with depression, anxiety, loss, grief, trauma, relationship problems and many other conditions!

Let's Talk Wellbeing:
Let's Talk-Wellbeing describes itself as a service that provides 'psychological assessment and treatment for common mental health problems, which 1 in 4 of us will suffer with at some stage in our lives.' Their service includes therapy for depression, anxiety, panic, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma and stress.

Insight Healthcare describes themselves as a 'free and confidential service commissioned by the NHS, and is available to anyone aged 18+ and living in Nottingham City'. You can self-refer or ask your GP for a referral. They also offer a free, confidential employment support for people who are also accessing the talk therapies from Insight.
